COMM 100 - Business Communications In this course, students explore the written and oral skills needed to communicate in diverse organizational and cultural contexts.
MMC 111 - Image Editing Fundamentals Working with Photoshop, students will develop foundational skills for image editing across a wide spectrum of media applications.
MMC 120 - Communicative Writing This course prepares students to write engaging scripts for various media, including print, radio, television and web.
MMC 123 - Digital Illustration Students will use Adobe Illustrator to create work for still production purposes such as large- and small-format print.
MMC 125 - Graphic Design This course will provide a foundation in graphic design upon which to build critical skills for communicating ideas visually.
MMC 112 - Web Design (awaiting for updates) Students will build web pages that adhere to international standards and are viewable in all major modern browsers.
MMC 113 - Desktop Publishing/InDesign This course provides fundamental knowledge of desktop publishing, using the industry-standard application Adobe InDesign.
MMC 121 - Digital Video and Audio Students will learn and experiment with the functions and creative possibilities of Adobe's non-linear edit program, Premiere Elements, in preparation for output applications to DVD and other digital formats for streaming, upload or transmission.
MMC 124 - Capstone Project This project underscores the importance of teamwork. In small groups, students work on real, community-based projects.
